How to Play

Play Creepy Waka online for free. Creepy Waka is a maze game where you help Inky make his way through dark mazes to find out where Pac-Man has his brothers locked away, then battle Pac-Man to save his three brothers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

Select the black and gray button on the game’s welcome screen.
This automatically starts you in the first level.
Game Controls
- Desktop
  - You can move around the board using the arrow keys on your keyboard or WASD.
  - Use your mouse to aim your shots & your left click mouse button to shoot.
  - Hold in the mouse left click button for an extended period of time to charge up a power shot.
  - Touchscreen devices
    - This game was designed primarily for desktop devices.

        Moving
        You can move in any direction provided you do not run into a wall.
        You can see a square in each direction illuminated & the lit squares move each time you do.
        Sometimes changes in the floor tile type can hint there may be spikes or moving enemies nearby.
        Shooting
        You can move your mouse at any angle to shoot.
        When you shoot you will light up walls of the level and any moving enemies along the way.
        Spikes on the floor are not shown when you shoot.
        You must hold in your shot button for an extended period of time to charge up a full powered shot for hitting Pac-Man or for activating switches.
        You get an unlimited number of shots.
        Dying
        You start each level with 3 hit points, as indicated by solid pink hearts in the upper left corner of the screen.
        Each time you run into spikes or an enemy you lose one of your hit points.
        When you lose all 3 hit points it is game over, but this game offers unlimited continues and allows you to continue your game where you last played.
        Levels
        The game has 7 levels.
        Switches you need to hit and the level exit are lit so you can see them even if they are surrounded by darkness.
        If a level has any switches on it you have to hit the switch before you can exit. Some levels can have multiple switches on them.
        When you hit switches it shows the portion of the path those switches opened up, which can be helpful in figuring your way through the remainder of the level.
        Boss battle
        The end of the game consists of a boss battle versus Pac-Man.
        He is in red and shoots yellow power pellets at you. His shots can ricochet off walls and hit you.
        Avoid getting hit by the power pellets and repeatedly shoot fully charged shots at him.
        Try to leave your mouse cursor centerline to Pac-Man while moving left and right near the bottom edge of the screen to avoid shots. In general be aggressive when Pac-Man is shooting on the opposite side of the screen, move in the same direction as his shots are moving as he gets closer to you, then move in the opposite direction he is heading when his shots are close enough it makes sense to make a break in the other direction.
        Each time you beat him 1/3 of the way it will show a red switch you have to strike to release one of your three brothers.
        Shoot him 7 times to bring up a red switch.
        When the red switch is showing Pac-Man stops shooting at you.
        Hit the red switch, then Pac-Man begins shooting at you once again.
        Repeat the process until all 3 ghost brothers are unlocked & Pac-Man is beat.
        Target Audience
        The game is suited for players who like maze games.
        The game has no adult themed content.
